Catering                          

Our Chefs use only the highest quality fresh ingredients to produce fabulous dishes, which are then beautifully presented.  Everything is prepared in our kitchen but finished at your venue, so we can be sure your are served the most delicious food, specialising in a bespoke service.

We offer a wide range of menus types and choices.

Our menus are primarily based on Caribbean, English and African Cuisine, however, we will be more than happy to discuss any particular option you would want your event to include.

We will consider all budgetary needs.

                
                                  Staff

Our  trained, friendly staff members who know how important is to have high standards of customer service.


Waiters/Waitresses

Our servers are trained to be professional and friendly toward your guests.  From maintaining the cleanliness level of the space for a simple  party to providing  a formal dinner service, they are knowledgeable of every task at hand. 

Chefs
Our fully trained chefs can assist with food preparation from start to finish.  Each chef brings his or her own knife kit but will typically require the use of your kitchen equipment.  If your party requires special equipment, we can arrange for this to be brought in.

Kitchen Assistants
Our helpful staff is trained to assist with all things that happen in the kitchen.  They can help with everything from washing dishes, heating food, and cleaning up until your kitchen is cleaner than we found it!

Uniforms
We offer our clients a variety of wardrobe options to select from:

All Black:  For men, black slacks, black collared shirt with tie.  For women, black slacks, black blouse.  Black shoes for both.

Black Bistro:  Black slacks, black button-down long-sleeved collared shirt, black dress shoes, black tie.

White Bistro: Black slacks, white button-down long-sleeved collared shirt, black dress shoes, black tie.



Tablesetting

In your package we will  decorate your table  area and can provide decor for aisles, altars & arches, pews, candelabras and more.

Our decorating goes beyond ceremony areas and we can follow thru, right to the reception area. We have gorgeous linens, chair covers, and beautiful centerpieces.

You can rent our decor and do it yourself - or we can deliver, set everything up and take it away at the end of the night.

Wedding Caterers with a difference

Your wedding is special and unique to you and Palm Trees Catering therefore believes that the food and service at the reception should reflect this.

When choosing a caterer to provide your first meal its important you choose one with the knowledge, expertise and more importantly the experience of catering for such an important day. We know how important it is to you to be the perfect host of a prestigious event like a wedding. Finding the perfect caterer is probably the most daunting task of all. Let us at Palm Trees Catering help you to make “Your” day, a day for everyone to remember.

After an initial consultation, when we talk through your wedding catering and reception plans and wishes, we will design a menu and provide you with a full written quotation detailing the catering plus any additional services that you may require such as marquees, waiting staff, crockery, linen and furniture hire.

Throughout the months leading up to the big day we are on hand to discuss changes to menu, table layouts, and any other query that you may have.  This enables you to arrive at your wedding knowing everything is being looked after leaving you free to enjoy your day. 

Variations on the services available:


Champagne & Canapé reception for your guests on arrival at the venue.

A multiple course set menu or a pre-ordered menu with guests served at their tables.

A meal served buffet style, combinations from set menus can still be used and offer more choice.

A barbecue menu served buffet style offers variety and something different if we get the weather?

A dinner party menu for smaller numbers or evening finger buffet
