Palm Trees  is a family run business and was established with the  aim of providing a one-stop shop catering service for all your needs.  We are a mother & daughter catering  and events team and we consider ourselves to be a  unique duel company. 


Beverley


Beverley’s love of cooking goes back to her childhood, when she cooked meals and  baked cakes for her family at every opportunity. After obtaining several diplomas in professional cooking, hospitality and wedding planning and with her ever-growing interest in food, she took numerous cooking courses in London, Barbados, Jamaica and  St Lucia. With her  effervescent and bubbly personality she became known for throwing  elaborate  parties, and eventually started  private catering for friends & families. Having an unfulfilled desire to have her own business Beverley opened her Catering & Events company in 2005. It was her passion for cooking delicious cuisine  and exotic dishes, influenced by various caribbean island for weddings and various events.  It was a blessing when  her daughter Reanne decided to join her and pursue the same dream and develop the venue décor department .

Palm Trees Venue decor is all about the creation of floral arrangements and venue styling to enhance any kind of occasion.

With a degree in Business Management alongside studies in Customer Services, Floristry design and venue styling, combined with her creative and artistic talent, it was only natural for this passion to manifest into a business with her mother.

With a true passion for her art form from weddings, dinner parties to corporate events. Reanne’s style and designs adds just the right touch of glamour elegance and dazzling opulence to any event. Reanne’s cheerful personality calm demeanor and positivity, ensures that couples feel relaxed as she delivers the wedding day of their dreams, with a wealth of contacts backed by a strong team she creates remarkable yet intimate and unique weddings.

This mother/daughter 'duet' combined their talents to create a duet in Catering and Venue Decoration and share their love of food and style and glamour with others.



Delroy


Our head chef wears his hat well as he has travelled extensively across the continents cooking food from different cultures of the world. With his food knowledge and expertise, you can be assured you and your guests will get true five star treatment. Delroy has over 29 years experience and a proven record of working in top establishments ranging from 10 years on a celebrity cruise line, 3 years in America at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale, 7 years at a London five star hotel and  9 years in the Caribbean at the Sandals and Ritz Carlton Hotel, with his outstanding experience in international cuisine  and a la cart menus Delroy  is a real asset to Palm Trees Catering he is exceptionally talented and has created a series of unique menus with array of modern classic and signature dishes from around the globe.

We are proud to remain a, family-run company being able to give you all the personal care and attention you need for a successful and stress-free event. As we are not a large corporate caterer we provide you with great quality, and you can be sure the people running your event on the day will be the same people with whom you have met and planned – Palm Trees caterers manages all the cooking behind the scenes, while Yvette looks after your needs with her team of staff.

Yvette has been focused on providing exceptional service for over five years. An honors graduate  she brings a wide breadth of experience in understanding, planning and implementing the diverse special needs of our customers, as well as building and maintaining customer relations within catering industry.
