Every dish was superbly cooked, and I was particularly impressed with the Jerk Chicken (which is not a favorite with me) but yours I loved. I was glad that you did not make it hot, and the Curry was amazing. I don't know how you made the Plantain taste like honey, but you did. On Saturday 15th September 2012 we had the pleasure of being the venue chosen by Lorraine and Paul to celebrate their wedding reception. The hall was beautifully decorated into a pink paradise accented by sparkling crystals created by Palm Trees Events. The guests arrived to a welcome cocktail and the festive sounds of a steel drum band playing on the forecourt (to the delight of local passer by's) followed by a tasty buffet also catered by Palm Trees Events. Then the party started, the dance floor was created the lights went down, the incredible mirror ball illuminated the room and the dancing got into full flow till 3am. We feel privileged to have been a part of it.
